This lot has been temporarily imported from outside the European Union and falls under the temporary importation regime. If the lot remains within the EU, 6% import VAT will be charged on the hammer price. If the lot is exported to a country outside the EU, this regulation does not apply, and the local VAT rules of the destination country will be applicable.
