- With a superficial chip to one of the upper corners, superficial rubbing to the others. 
- The neck broken off and restuck, the break very well restored, nearly invisible and only partly showing up under UV-light.
- A small chip on the lower part of the vertical edge of the chipped upper corner. Minor wear on the lower corners.
- Minor wear to the gilding.
