- Three chips to the rim and one chip of ca. 20 x 7 mm to the foot rim.
- One glaze line of ca. 15 cm on the left side of the vase's front, running across horizontally to the back.

- 瓶子口三個飛皮，底足一個崩，尺寸約為20x7毫米。
- 瓶子正面左邊一條驚釉，橫向貫穿到背後，長約15釐米。
